2. Eligibility
By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. If you are placing a wholesale or B2B order, you confirm you have the authority to bind your business to these Terms.
3. Products
3.1 We offer leather hunting, shooting, and outdoor accessories, including but not limited to rifle bags, cartridge holders, backpacks, aprons, valet trays, and related goods, available for individual retail purchase and bulk wholesale/OEM/private-label order.
3.2 We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, materials, and details accurately. As our products are handcrafted from genuine leather, minor variations in grain, color, and texture between items should be expected and are not considered defects.
3.3 We reserve the right to limit, discontinue, or modify any product, and to limit quantities available for purchase, at any time without prior notice.
4. Wholesale, OEM & Private Label Orders
4.1 Wholesale, bulk, OEM, and private-label orders may be subject to separate quotes, minimum order quantities, lead times, and payment terms, which will be confirmed directly with the buyer before an order is finalized.
4.2 Catalog requests do not constitute an order or a binding agreement. Pricing and availability provided in a catalog or quote are subject to change until an order is formally confirmed in writing.
4.3 Custom branding, private-label, and OEM specifications must be approved in writing by both parties prior to production. Additional charges may apply for custom tooling, packaging, or branding.
5. Pricing & Payment
5.1 All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice, except for orders already confirmed.
5.2 We accept payment methods as indicated at checkout or as agreed in a wholesale quote. You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
5.3 Wholesale orders may require a deposit or full prepayment prior to production or shipment, as specified in the applicable quote or invoice.
6. Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund of any amount charged.
7. Shipping & Delivery
7.1 We ship retail and wholesale orders to the USA, UK, Europe, and other international destinations. Shipping costs, carriers, and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout or in your wholesale quote.
7.2 Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7.3 International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
7.4 Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
8.1 If you are not satisfied with a retail purchase, please contact us at ridgebornesupply@gmail.com within [X] days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
8.2 Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Custom, personalized, private-label, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless defective.
8.3 Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
8.4 Wholesale and bulk orders are subject to the return/defect terms agreed in the applicable purchase order or wholesale agreement.
9. Product Warranty & Liability
9.1 We stand behind the craftsmanship of our leather goods and will address manufacturing defects reported within a reasonable period after delivery.
9.2 Except as expressly stated, all products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, RidgeBorne Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or Site.
9.4 Our products, including hunting and shooting accessories, are intended to be used responsibly and in accordance with applicable local laws. You are solely responsible for using our products safely and legally.
10. Intellectual Property

11. Private Label & Custom Design Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, RidgeBorne Supply retains ownership of its core product designs, tooling, and manufacturing processes. Custom branding elements (e.g., logos, trademarks) supplied by a wholesale partner remain the property of that partner.

You agree not to use the Site to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe on the rights of others; (c) transmit harmful code or attempt unauthorized access to our systems; or (d) engage in fraudulent activity, including submitting false payment or wholesale account information.
